BIOGRAPHY

David is an accomplished engineering leader in the nonwoven industry with over a decade of progressive experience in product development, supply chain strategy, and cross-functional innovation. He began his career in 2013 as a Design Engineer after earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. David's career path reflects a steady rise through increasingly complex and impactful engineering roles and his expertise expanded further in supply chain optimization during his tenure as Integrated Systems Category Manager and later Global

Supply Chain Manager. From there he worked in Product Line Management before assuming his current position as Innovation Manager in 2022. David has a passion to bring ideas to life and innovation into the hygiene manufacturing industry. In addition to his academic foundation and his decade of work experience, David holds several professional certifications, including those in Minitab, PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), and MRA.

David brings a unique combination of technical depth, operational insight, business leadership, strategic visioning and creative problem-solving to drive transformative solutions into our industry.
