BIOGRAPHY

Justin Lafferty is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in product management, strategic program leadership, and engineering within the personal care and hygiene industry. He is currently the Personal Care / Hygiene Product Manager at Dukane, where he leads the development and management of hygiene products, focusing on market trends, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Since joining Dukane in August 2022, Justin has played a key role in the company’s success in the competitive personal care market.

Previously, Justin served as Strategic Program Leader at Attindas Hygiene Partners, where he led multimillion-dollar capital investment projects, optimized global operations, and drove significant improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and cost reductions. His earlier career includes over 12 years at CURT G. JOA INC., where he held roles as R&D Project Engineer and Electrical Project Engineer, contributing to technological advancements and product development.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering Technologies from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. His expertise includes global operations, product management, and strategic leadership, with a proven ability to drive innovation, reduce operational costs, and expand market presence.
