Bridging Market and Social Gaps: Developing Solutions for Youth with Disabilities

When Brady couldn't find decent diapers for his disabled daughter, he realized an entire population was being overlooked. Disabled youth don't fit baby diapers anymore, but adult products aren't right either. So he and Perry Quinn started Youth Crews to build something better.

This presentation shares Brady's experience building a brand within the disability community. He discusses what it takes to reach families who have been underserved, how lived experience shapes business decisions, and why authentic connection matters in this space.

The session offers perspective on understanding an overlooked market segment. Brady covers the unique dynamics of serving disabled families, building trust with this community, and opportunities in a space that remains underserved.
